Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return and or exchange all item(s) must be returned in an unworn / unwashed condition and include all the original packaging.

All returns and, or exchanges must be reported no later than 7 days after the delivery date.

All returned item(s) must reach our facility no later than 7 days after the reported date.

Returns will only be accepted when purchased at retail price.

All discounted items, exclusive items, and items purchased with a Kritter Crew gift card are considered final sales.

All customers are responsible for paying for both returns and exchanges shipping cost.

We cannot be held responsible if we do not receive the item(s), so using a trackable shipping service is recommended.

If the return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 7 business days, for the value of the item(s) returned and any applicable taxes, minus our shipping and handling expenses. 

All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. 

If we don’t have the item(s) that are being requested, it will automatically be considered as a return.
